Scopely is seeking a Marketing Intelligence & AI Automation Manager to join the Barcelona studio on a hybrid basis. You will lead the automation of recurring marketing reports, perform competitive analyses, and generate actionable insights from Looker MCP and other data sources.

The role demands strong AI tool experience, data validation, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Analytics. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Codex/Claude, SQL, APIs, and BI environments,

Formación

• AI-forward marketing intelligence experience.
• Experience using AI tools to build reports/automations.
• Experience querying data with SQL, APIs, or MCP connections.
• Familiarity with Looker and BI environments.
• Ability to translate performance data into insights and actions.

Responsabilidades

• Automate monthly performance reporting, competitive analysis, and benchmarking.
• Translate complex marketing data into executive-ready insights and actions.
• Identify data gaps and propose new solutions for better decision-making.
• Validate AI outputs and ensure data-driven quality controls.
• Build scalable AI workflows and document practical guidance for the team.
