Super is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead the analytical function powering commercial, product and marketing decisions across Europe and Latin America. You will own the insights agenda end to end and influence strategy at the highest level.

You will build and lead a high-performing analytics team, develop KPI frameworks, design experimentation with A/B tests, and collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and Data Products to enable self-service analytics across markets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 8+ years in analytics/insights.
• Minimum 2 years in a people-management role.
• Proven ability to translate data into senior stakeholder recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytics and insight delivery aligning with business strategy.
• Design and own experimentation framework with A/B tests and causal inference.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, BI, and Data Products to enable self-service analytics.
• Set objectives for the analytics team and manage delivery timelines.
