Innovamat is building a Marketing OS where AI agents handle lead qualification, campaign execution, and attribution end to end, with marketers guiding strategy. This role owns that build from the ground up.

You will design and ship the agents and automations, report to the VP of Marketing US, and influence priorities, budgets, and technical decisions across growth, paid, events, and lifecycle marketing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• Hands-on software development experience: shipped systems, not only coursework.
• Experience building with APIs, automation platforms, and AI agent frameworks.
• Prior exposure to a high-growth, high-performance environment is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy the agent-based system that qualifies leads, syncs data across CRM/marketing platforms, and triggers actions automatically.
• Build attribution infrastructure to close gaps in inbound pipeline visibility.
• Own the technical architecture connecting CRM, marketing automation, event platforms, and internal data systems.
• Build infrastructure to launch multi-market, multi-language campaigns from a single input and power in-product communications.
