Super seeks a Staff Strategy & Competitive Intelligence Researcher to connect user signals to market bets, shaping decisions for markets, competitors, and strategy. You will own the intelligence layer above research, turning consumer and campaign signals into a continuous strategic view for the CEO and Board.

You will build AI-powered monitoring, market sizing, regulatory intelligence, and executive deliverables with a bias for actionable recommendations and speed.

Formación

• 8+ years in strategy, CI, market intelligence, or related roles with decision-driven outputs.
• Experience operating AI-augmented strategy workflows and providing executive-ready analyses.
• Strong market sizing skills: TAM/SAM/SOM, data-driven modelling and sensitivity analysis.
• Hands-on competitive intelligence with board-level communication.
• Track record in regulated industries (gambling/fintech/regulated sectors).
• Financial literacy: connect market/competitor analysis to revenue and capital allocation.

Responsabilidades

• Own and elevate Super's strategic intelligence function at the executive level.
• Lead AI-augmented monitoring across multiple markets and competitors.
• Build strategic profiles and monthly briefs for CEO and leadership.
• Develop market-sizing infrastructure and reproducible models in Python/Excel.
• Bridge consumer insights with strategic decisions and regulatory context.
