Job summary

Alex AI in Madrid is offering an internship in Growth and Lifecycle Marketing. You will design CRM campaigns across email, push and in-app messages and own key initiatives from day one.

Join a fast-moving AI startup and develop hands-on skills in segmentation, A/B testing, analytics and copywriting. You’ll work with real data, build dashboards, and contribute to user acquisition, activation and retention strategies within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Able to sign internship agreement with educational institution.
• Analytical mindset with data experience (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Strong interest in B2C Growth, Lifecycle Marketing and CRM.
• Curious about A/B testing and optimization.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app messages.
• Build and optimize lifecycle journeys: Welcome, Onboarding, Activation, Reactivation, Winback.
• Segment users by behavior and product usage.
• Improve customer engagement and retention with data-driven strategies.
• Track, analyze and report campaign performance with KPIs.
• Create dashboards and recurring reports for decision-making.
• Run A/B tests on messaging, landing pages, and funnels.
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation and conversion.
• Create compelling copy for website, app, landing pages, onboarding flows, and emails.
• Shape a clear, engaging, user-centric customer experience.
