Mytraffic is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption for mid-market clients across Europe, with a focus on the France region. You will onboard accounts, activate usage and align value with business goals.

You’ll lead quarterly business reviews, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and uncover upsell opportunities while championing AI-powered location intelligence with Gini.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a CSM role, B2B SaaS, with a complex solution or data industry experience.
• Ability to explain LLMs, agents, tokens and AI concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills and proven client satisfaction in portfolio management.

Mansioni

• Onboard, activate and monitor adoption for each account.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with Sales and drive the customer relationship as trusted advisor.
• Identify upsell opportunities and generate client testimonials for Mytraffic.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to automate success processes and scale client impact.
• Be the client’s voice to product teams and help shape deployment strategies.
