Job summary

XTEL, a leader in AI-driven solutions for consumer goods, seeks an Instructional Designer for TPO/AI to develop curricula covering analytics, assortment management, and optimization. You will create learning journeys for analytics users and translate models into practical workflows within the ADAM/TPO ecosystem.

Partnering with Product, Data Science, and Customer teams, you will craft hands-on labs, scenario walk-throughs, and certification tracks, while ensuring alignment with product updates

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in instructional design for analytics / data products / optimization tools
• Ability to translate data science models into usable workflows
• FMCG/CPG category management, RGM, or trade optimization knowledge preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Customer teams to understand ADAM / TPO workflows and decision flows
• Design learning journeys for analytical users (category managers, revenue growth managers, data-savvy marketers)
• Create content explaining optimization logic and insights in business-friendly language across RGM pillars
• Develop hands-on labs and practice datasets for safe experimentation with analytics features
• Embed playbooks on scenario selection, uplift interpretation, and challenging outputs
• Collaborate with Video & Media to craft guided scenario walk-throughs
• Ensure learning stays aligned with model updates, UX changes, and new analytic features
• Contribute to certification tracks for advanced users and partner analysts
