Job summary

2 Hour Learning is hiring a Learning and Development Manager to lead the design of an AI-powered, teacher-free education platform across multiple campuses. You will blend data analytics with direct student engagement to drive ongoing improvement of the learning ecosystem and student outcomes, measured by AP scores and MAP growth.

The role emphasizes scalable, experimental, AI-driven instruction and close collaboration with engineering, data science, and instructional teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, psychometrics, instructional design, or related field.
• Leadership experience in education or EdTech.
• Experience applying AI technologies in education or professional context.
• Experience designing and implementing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.
• Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches.
• Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
