Responsibilities

• Lead innovation in AI-enabled, teacher-less education to achieve outstanding student results across multiple campus locations.
• Integrate data analytics with consistent student interaction to continuously enhance our learning ecosystem, measured by AP exam scores and MAP growth.
• Interact directly with students via virtual channels to understand their learning journeys, obstacles, and achievements, applying insights to improve the ecosystem.
• Analyze learning platform data to identify actionable findings and craft high-impact academic strategies using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational research.
• Foster a culture of ambitious experimentation and data-driven decision-making to drive breakthrough student growth.
