Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire senior instructional designers who will train language models on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks, focusing on real‑world corporate workflows from onboarding playbooks to manager enablement decks.

You will design, evaluate and refine AI-generated materials, own facilitator guides and curriculum outlines, and build engagement-tracking spreadsheets and skills rubrics, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fully

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Own onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, and related materials.
