Triple busca un AI Delivery Lead para Málaga que lidere despliegues de agentes de IA en bancos, desde la fase de alcance hasta go-live y ajustes posteriores. Trabajarás estrechamente con equipos de operaciones y tecnología para adaptar agentes a políticas y procesos existentes.

Serás responsable de definir métricas, ejecutar sesiones con clientes y asegurar que los despliegues se completen sin bloqueos, manteniendo una visión de ownership y entrega end-to-end.

Formación

• 4+ años en entrega técnica, ingeniería de soluciones o implementación orientada al cliente, en fintech o servicios financieros.
• Dominio del inglés (requerido).
• Experiencia con operaciones de pagos, disputas o flujos de contracargos.
• Fluidez técnica: lectura de código, seguir especificaciones API y trabajar con ingenieros.
• Confort en frente de clientes: capacidad para dirigir sesiones de trabajo con equipos de operaciones.
• Experiencia moviendo un proyecto a través de seguridad, cumplimiento y procurement bancario.
• Experiencia definiendo métricas de entrega con el cliente y rastreándolas hasta el final.
• Mentalidad de ownership: gestión de despliegue de extremo a extremo sin bloqueo.

Responsabilidades

• Propietar cada despliegue de agentes de IA en un banco, desde alcance hasta go-live y ajuste posterior.
• Aprender cómo trabaja hoy el equipo del banco, caso por caso, y decidir qué tomen los agentes.
• Configurar el comportamiento de los agentes a políticas, umbrales y excepciones del banco.
• Definir métricas de éxito con el cliente antes del go-live y reportarlas.
• Hacer que su equipo use los agentes a diario y ser la persona a la que llaman cuando algo falla.
• Decir a producto e ingeniería qué piden estos equipos.

Someone who can sit with a bank's operations team, learn how they actually work, and get our AI agents doing that work. You will own each deployment from the first scoping call through go-live and the months after it.

What you will do

• Own each AI agent deployment at a bank, from scoping through go-live and the tuning after it
• Learn how the bank's team works today, case by case, then decide what the agents take over
• Configure agent behavior to each bank's own policies, thresholds, and exceptions
• Set the success metrics with the client before go-life, then report against them
• Get their team using the agents day to day, and stay the person they call when something breaks
• Tell product and engineering what these teams keep asking for

What you need

• 4+ years in technical delivery, solutions engineering, or client-facing implementation, in fintech or financial services
• English proficiency required
• Experience with payments operations, disputes, or chargeback workflows
• Technical fluency: you can read code, follow an API spec, and work directly with engineers
• Comfort in front of clients: you can run a working session with a bank's operations team
• Experience taking a project through a bank's security, compliance, and procurement teams
• Experience defining delivery metrics with a client and tracking them to the end
• Judgment about what to configure for one client and what belongs in the product
• Ownership mindset: you run the deployment end to end, and you do not wait to be unblocked
