Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Content Developer to lead the rapid creation of scalable learning experiences through AI-enabled workflows. You will combine content development with AI-powered processes, prototyping, and collaboration with Learning Design, Product, Engineering, and QA to deliver high-impact educational content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI-enabled and agentic workflows that deliver measurable business impact.
• Strong expertise in prompt engineering, workflow automation, process optimization, and AI tooling.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
• Understanding of content development workflows and publishing lifecycles, with the ability to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
• Experience using scripting, automation, and lightweight prototyping to solve business challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate concepts into scalable, repeatable solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and Scale AI-enabled content workflows to accelerate production while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Translate learning frameworks into high-quality, reusable content assets across titles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine AI-driven content solutions and workflows.
• Prototype and iterate learning concepts using lightweight coding and rapid prototyping.
• Guide peers on best practices, tools, and delivery standards.
