Jobgether is seeking a Senior AI Content Specialist based in Spain to shape training content and evaluate conversational AI with adult‑oriented material. You will write and edit datasets, test chatbot responses, and provide precise feedback to improve prompts and model behavior.

You will maintain content standards, work at a fast pace (roughly 100 units per hour), and collaborate across teams in a fully remote, full‑time role with strong English skills and an understanding of audience psychology.

Formación

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Experience editing data and building training datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with chatbots and large language models (LLMs).
• Experience in the adult industry (OnlyFans Management, cam platforms, or erotic content) is required.
• Ability to write and edit erotic content.
• Comfort working with explicit material.
• Strong writing/editing with attention to detail.
• Understanding of user psychology in adult conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and refine text datasets used to train conversational AI systems.
• Write original text datasets from scratch consistent with conversational style and audience.
• Test chatbot versions, evaluate responses, and provide actionable feedback.
• Label and annotate data to support model training and evaluation.
• Create additional content to support product and content development.
• Maintain a production pace of ~100 content units per hour with accuracy.
• Establish guidelines for writing style, tone, explicitness, and quality.
• Identify whether issues originate from datasets, prompts, or model behavior and recommend solutions.
• Evaluate conversational effectiveness including flirting, escalation, engagement, and retention.
