team.blue is seeking a Change & Communications Manager to drive AI-powered customer care adoption across its brands. You will lead change management, communications and enablement acts enabling teams to understand, trust and adopt new working methods.

This hands-on role emphasizes change adoption, communications and training across multiple brands, balancing a common approach with local needs and a hybrid work model.

Formación

• 2+ years of demonstrable experience in change management and communications.
• Experience delivering change activities including planning, engagement, communications or adoption.
• Experience in technology, digital, or transformation settings with interest in technology.
• Ability to develop change frameworks and materials in evolving environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across audiences.
• Empathetic, confident and able to keep stakeholders aligned with programme objectives.
• Hands-on, proactive and organised, able to work independently.
• Located near one of our European offices; hybrid work arrangement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the change management approach for the AI Customer Care programme.
• Assess impacts, stakeholder needs and readiness across brands and teams.
• Develop scalable adoption and enablement approaches for local needs.
• Identify resistance and address adoption barriers.
• Create training and enablement materials and support teams through transition.
• Gather feedback and adapt the change approach based on ground reality.
• Own stakeholder communications and messaging throughout the programme.
• Create clear communication, training materials, FAQs and updates for different audiences.
• Adapt communication for senior leaders, managers and frontline teams.
• Build feedback channels and surface concerns; demonstrate AI benefits.
• Collaborate with brand teams to keep communications relevant and aligned.
