Bridger in Barcelona is seeking an IT professional to join the AI Agentics team full time. This role collaborates with Technology and functional leaders to support adoption, change management and function-level engagement as we roll out agentic AI across the business.

You will translate AI outputs into practical applications, build trust, run adoption programmes, and train colleagues to embed agentic systems into day-to-day operations.

Formación

• Established cross-functional credibility across teams, markets, and client accounts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to explain AI-driven change.
• Proven track record of driving adoption of new tools and processes.

• Translate AI agent outputs into practical business applications across functions.
• Build trust and drive adoption of agentic systems through engagement.
• Engage stakeholders to support AI-driven change.
• Train and support colleagues through change initiatives.
• Build cross-functional credibility to encourage trust and use of agentic systems.
• Drive adoption programmes for agentic deployments.
• Gather feedback to inform adoption and implementation.
• Ensure deployments are embedded into working practices.
• Support translation of AI investment into real business change.
