Job summary

Blu in Barcelona is seeking a Business Development Representative to own new business acquisition for Norwegian-speaking markets. You will guide prospects through the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals, working within a global AI advertising solutions environment.

Requirements include C1 Norwegian and B2 English, 2–3+ years in B2B sales, and experience with Salesforce. Relocation support and private health insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Norwegian at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or lead qualification.
• Strong background in digital marketing including SEO, PPC, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, and self-prospecting.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders and C‑level decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and prospect potential B2B clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
• Conduct needs analyses to evaluate client goals and present tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly activity and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities, pipeline and deal stages in Salesforce.
