Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Compliance Agent Oversight professional for an on-site role based in Alcobendas, Madrid. The candidate will administer audits, ensure adherence to compliance processes, and support agent training across Europe.

The role requires advanced Excel and Power BI skills, fluency in English and French, and willingness to travel up to 30% to perform audits and training campaigns. Prior compliance or admin experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong phone communication abilities.
• Experience in Compliance is advantageous.
• Experience in administrative roles, call centers, or document analysis is helpful.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The AOS is responsible for administering all aspects of the company’s Compliance Agent Oversight Program, including audit quality assurance, as well as auditor training and support for our agents. The mission of this role is to ensure that our agents adhere to the company's processes and procedures regarding compliance.

• Phone Audits across Europe
• Prepare and participate for/in Agents Onsite Audits and training campaigns.

• Ensure the quality of the Phone Audits across Europe.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced Excel skills, including execution of simple Macros, and use of Power BI tools.
• Availability to travel around Europe (up to 30% maximum).
• Fluent in English and a French (a third language is a plus)
• Phone Communication skills.
• Experience in Compliance is a plus.
• Previous experience working in an administrative role, call center, analyzing documentation.
