Job summary

Thrill Labs, the team behind Thrill.com, is seeking an Affiliates Manager to scale performance-driven partnerships in crypto iGaming.

You'll source and onboard partners, negotiate deals, launch campaigns, monitor traffic, and build Thrill's affiliate network across key markets, while representing Thrill at events and staying ahead of industry trends. This remote-first role offers ownership from day one in a hyper-growth tech company focused on user experience and scale.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of affiliate experience, preferably iGaming or Crypto.
• Existing affiliate network is a strong plus.
• Understanding of acquisition funnels.
• Understanding of FTD, STD, NGR, CAC, CR, ROAS and LTV.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate CPA, RS, Hybrid, Flat fee deals.
• Launch campaigns and coordinate promotional activities

About this role

We are on a mission to build the sharpest and most performance-driven affiliate operation in the crypto iGaming world.

Every deal, every campaign, every traffic source and every relationship has a direct impact on our growth - and how we manage those partnerships determines how much value we get from them.

The Affiliates Manager, is a hands-on role where you'll use data to understand what's working, reactivate and scale opportunities, and build a strong affiliate network across key markets.

You'll also represent Thrill at industry events, building relationships and staying close to what's happening across the affiliate landscape.
