Job summary

BettingJobs is working with an ambitious crypto casino operator to appoint a Head of Acquisition. This is a remote role for someone who wants real ownership of growth.

You’ll own player acquisition end to end, from setting the strategy and building channels to optimising performance and reporting on results. You’ll be a commercially sharp, data-led marketer who knows the crypto casino space and its audience inside out.

Qualifications

• Strategize and own the acquisition funnel across paid, affiliate, influencer, and partnerships.
• Scale new channels quickly with rapid testing and optimization.
• Drive FTD volume while controlling CPA and ROI.
• Build robust reporting and attribution to track performance.
• Collaborate with product, CRM and leadership to improve funnel and retention.
• Proven crypto casino acquisition experience at senior/lead level.
• Evidence of scaling acquisition from scratch or from low volumes.
• Knowledge of crypto-native channels, communities and affiliates.
• Stable career history with meaningful tenure.
• Entrepreneurial startup mindset; able to work at pace.
• Based in EU time zone (remote/contracting options depending on location).

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition strategy, budget and targets across paid, affiliate, influencer and partnership channels.
• Launch and scale new channels within the crypto ecosystem, testing quickly and doubling down on what works.
• Drive FTD volume and player quality while keeping CPA and ROI tightly controlled.
• Build reporting and attribution to give the business clear visibility of performance.
• Work closely with product, CRM and leadership to improve the funnel and retention.
• Proven acquisition experience within crypto casino, ideally in a senior or lead role.
• Clear evidence of scaling acquisition from scratch or from low numbers.
• Strong understanding of crypto-native channels, communities and affiliates.
• A stable career history, with meaningful tenure in previous roles.
• An entrepreneurial, start-up mindset and comfort working at pace.
• Based within an EU time zone; contractor setup available, with employment options depending on location.

The business is in an exciting build phase, with a lean, entrepreneurial leadership team that moves quickly and wants a hands‑on acquisition lead to drive the next stage of scale.

You’ll own player acquisition end to end, from setting the strategy and building channels to optimising performance and reporting on results. It suits a commercially sharp, data‑led marketer who knows the crypto casino space and its audience inside out. You’ll have taken acquisition from a standing start, or from low volumes, to real scale, and you’ll want to commit to a business for the long term and make a visible impact.
