Betpack is seeking a Growth & CRM Marketing Manager to turn audiences into engaged communities and revenue. You will own CRM, lifecycle automation, and monetisation strategies while building prediction markets and loyalty programs.

You will lead community growth, partnerships with athletes or influencers, and multi-channel funnels across on-site and social channels. Remote work with international scope is supported.

Growth & CRM Marketing Manager

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who knows how to turn an audience into an engaged community - and an engaged community into measurable revenue.

Responsibilities

CRM, Email & Automation

• Own the full user database: hygiene, segmentation, deliverability, and GDPR compliance.
• Build automated lifecycle flows — welcome series, FTD conversion, reactivation ladders, win-back — tied to bookmaker and casino offers.
• Design the monetisation strategy for the database: routing the right users to the right operator offers by geo, sport, and behaviour.
• Report on revenue per subscriber, database-attributed FTDs, and flow performance — not just opens and clicks.

Community & Gamification

• Level up the community: launch and run a predictions leader board, streaks, points economy, prize shop, and seasonal competitions.
• Own the prediction markets vertical launch from a marketing and engagement standpoint.
• Grow and moderate community channels (on-site, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord as appropriate).

Growth & Authority Building

• Build the brand's authority through interviews, panels, podcasts, and expert content.
• Source and negotiate promotions with athletes, football clubs, tipsters, and influencers — from micro-influencer networks to ambassador deals.
• Drive audience growth in African markets (Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa) with mobile-first, community-led tactics.
• Orchestrate social media funnels that feed the database — working with our in-house content team and AI content pipeline rather than producing everything yourself.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in CRM / retention / lifecycle marketing within iGaming (operator retention team, tipster/predictions platform, fantasy sports, or a large logged-in affiliate community).
• Hands‑on ownership of a CRM/automation platform — Optimove, Smartico, Fast Track, Xtremepush, Braze, Customer.io, or equivalent.
• Proven track record monetising a user database: you can talk segments, flows, and revenue numbers from memory.
• Solid understanding of the affiliate model (CPA / rev share) and how content sites convert audiences into depositors.
• Working knowledge of gambling advertising compliance, responsible marketing, and GDPR.
• A builder's mentality — comfortable shipping fast with a small team, freelancers, and AI-assisted content.
• Experience marketing in tier 1 markets (Telegram/WhatsApp communities, mobile money context, local influencer ecosystems).
• Sponsorship or influencer deal‑making experience (athletes, clubs, tipster networks).
• Exposure to prediction markets or prediction games.
• Gamification / loyalty program design experience.
• Podcast, panel, or event production experience.
