Job summary

Scorp is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch and optimize Google Search Ads and DV360 campaigns for mobile apps and web products, with a focus on high-budget acquisition, IAP, and ROAS.

You will develop structures, bidding strategies, and measurement frameworks, collaborate with creative and analytics teams, and scale campaigns across markets to drive revenue and lower CPA.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, especially Search campaigns.
• Proven hands-on experience with Display & Video 360 (DV360).
• Experience optimizing campaigns for mobile apps and web purchases.
• Strong grasp of CPA, ROAS, conversion rate and LTV metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns focused on purchases, revenue, ROAS, and sustainable growth.
• Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns through DV360.
• Develop campaign structures, bidding strategies, targeting approaches, and optimization frameworks across Google Ads and DV360.
• Manage and scale high-budget performance campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze performance across the full acquisition funnel and identify opportunities to improve CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, revenue, and LTV.
• Test audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to identify scalable growth opportunities.
• Work closely with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to improve performance and accelerate growth.
• Evaluate and test additional DSP and programmatic advertising platforms when relevant.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, particularly Search campaigns, and Display & Video 360 (DV360).

The ideal candidate has a strong performance marketing background and proven experience managing and scaling high-budget acquisition campaigns for mobile apps and web-based products, with a clear focus on in-app purchases (IAP), web purchases, revenue, and ROAS.

What You'll Do

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns focused on purchases, revenue, ROAS, and sustainable growth.

Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns through Display & Video 360 (DV360).

What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, particularly Search campaigns.

Strong hands-on experience with Display & Video 360 (DV360).

Hands-on experience optimizing campaigns for in-app purchases (IAP) and web purchases.

Experience managing advertising for mobile apps and web-based products with direct monetization.

Proven experience managing and scaling high advertising budgets across performance channels.

Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, revenue, LTV, and other performance metrics.

Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, bidding strategies, and campaign measurement.

Nice to Have

Experience with additional DSPs and programmatic advertising platforms.

Experience with mobile measurement and attribution platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar tools.

Experience managing both app and web acquisition funnels.

Experience scaling performance campaigns across multiple countries and markets.
