remoteo is seeking a results-driven Junior Account Manager to support affiliate and performance marketing efforts in Spain, based in Barcelona or nearby.

You will manage day-to-day partner relationships, monitor campaigns and traffic quality, and assist with integrations and budgets. This role offers growth in a fintech, international team with flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week.

Formación

• 2–3 years in account or performance marketing.
• Experience with affiliate networks or mobile acquisition.
• Fintech or digital banking experience is a plus.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily communication and campaign execution with affiliate partners and networks.
• Build relationships with partners and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Track lead quality, approval ratios, conversions, and ROI to improve performance.
• Support onboarding and coordinate tracking integrations (APIs and MMPs).
• Monitor budgets and reconcile partner commissions with Finance.
• Analyze performance data using Excel and BI tools to spot trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technical, Design, Legal, and Finance to launch campaigns.
