remoteo in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover) to own our tier-1 partners and drive bookings, Prime memberships and revenue. The role is hybrid in Barcelona and temporary to cover maternity leave, with a strong emphasis on partner performance and strategic growth.

You'll manage top publishers, optimize commissions, and collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure aligned campaigns and budgets.

Formación

• Experience: 5+ years managing large-scale partnerships in affiliate marketing and/or travel.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven budget management and ROI delivery.
• Strong negotiation skills for placements, commissions, and terms.
• Adaptable and autonomous in an established framework from day one.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee tier-1 partners and networks; execute strategy to meet targets.
• Audit and optimize commissions, promos, and placements for profitability.
• Identify, recruit, onboard high-value partners and strategic partners.
• Monitor, analyze, and report channel KPIs.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Legal, and Finance on campaigns and budgets.
