Dukes Education Spain is seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to lead the admissions process for our La Nucía campus, working with the Marketing & Admissions team. You will engage families from initial enquiry to onboarding, conduct tours and interviews, and drive enrolment while delivering an outstanding experience that supports families in making informed education choices.

Dukes Education Spain is looking for an experienced and passionate Admissions Manager to join our Marketing & Admissions team at our school in La Nucía (Alicante)

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, driving student enrolment, and delivering an exceptional experience for families throughout their educational journey.

The Role

As the first point of contact for many families, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional admissions experience, from the initial enquiry to enrolment and onboarding. You will work closely with school leadership and the Marketing team to drive student recruitment, increase conversion rates, and support family engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full admissions process and admissions pipeline.
• Conducting school tours, meetings, and admissions interviews with prospective families.
• Building strong relationships with current and prospective parents, ensuring an outstanding customer experience at every stage.
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to maximise lead generation and conversion opportunities.
• Monitoring and reporting on admissions performance, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Managing CRM systems and ensuring the accuracy of admissions data.
• Coordinating Open Days, information sessions, recruitment events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Supporting enrolment growth through data-driven decision-making and market awareness.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines excellent communication skills with a commercial and customer-centric mindset.

3-5 years of experience in admissions, sales, business development, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.

Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

Strong analytical and organisational skills.

A proven ability to manage relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive, positive, and results-oriented attitude.

An interest in the education sector and supporting families in making important educational choices.
