International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking an Admissions Coordinator in Spain to manage the full admissions journey, from enquiry to enrolment, delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work with the School Head of Admissions to proactively manage leads, coordinate visits and assessments, and drive applications toward enrolment.

You will build strong relationships with prospective families, maintain accurate CRM data, and support admissions reporting and KPI tracking

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience in consultative, relationship-based sales, admissions or customer experience.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead and pipeline management.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple prospective families and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full admissions process from enquiry to enrolment for prospective families.
• Own leads and opportunities within the admissions pipeline and progress through funnel stages.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective families and present school proposition.
• Coordinate visits, interviews, assessments and enrolment requirements.
• Maintain CRM records with enquiries, interactions and outcomes; support reporting and KPIs.
