Job Squad, on behalf of its client, is expanding its European hub in Málaga and seeks an Ad Success Representative (French or Spanish Speaker) to own client relationships end to end, blending Account Management, Customer Success and Ad Operations.

You will manage a portfolio of advertiser accounts, coordinate with Ad Operations to launch and optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and provide strategic recommendations.

Formación

• 3+ years in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Client Management or Sales.
• Hands-on experience managing or optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack and support tools.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in digital advertising preferred.
• French language proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build relationships through reviews and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Ad Operations to launch, monitor and optimize campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Support Direct IO, Programmatic and Self-Serve campaigns with excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Engineering to enhance processes.
• Help develop standardized workflows and contribute to knowledge sharing.
