Triumphs of Talent is seeking an experienced Media Sales professional to drive advertising revenue across the Spanish market. The role requires a strong background in advertising, digital media, or AdTech sales and proven experience managing clients and growing revenue.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with a track record of meeting quotas and growing a BoB. Travel within Spain and Europe is required.

Formación

• 3+ years in advertising, digital media, AdTech, or media sales.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proven quota-carrying sales and revenue generation.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish advertising ecosystem.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel within Spain and Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, develop, and close advertising opportunities in the Spanish market.
• Manage and grow a Book of Business (BoB) while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Build and manage sales pipelines and meet revenue targets.
• Present advertising solutions and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Use Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Work with agencies, brands, advertisers, and media buyers across Spain.
