Job Squad, on behalf of its client, is expanding its European hub in Málaga and seeks an Ad Success Representative (French or Spanish Speaker) to own client relationships end to end, blending Account Management, Customer Success and Ad Operations.

You will manage a portfolio of advertiser accounts, coordinate with Ad Operations to launch and optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and provide strategic recommendations.

Formación

• 3+ years in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Client Management or Sales.
• Hands-on experience managing or optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack and support tools.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in digital advertising preferred.
• French language proficiency is a plus.

Job Squad is recruiting on behalf of our client, an international company that helps some of the world's leading advertising platforms and publishers grow. With 2,000+ employees and offices across the US and Europe, they are expanding their European hub in Málaga and are looking for a Ad Success Representative (French or Spanish Speaker) to join their team.

About the role

You will be the main point of contact between the client's advertiser accounts and the internal Ad Operations team, owning a portfolio of client relationships end to end. It's a blend of Account Management, Customer Success and Ad Operations - you'll make sure campaigns launch smoothly, run efficiently, and that clients get real strategic value from every conversation.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build strong relationships through regular business reviews and strategic recommendations
• Coordinate with Ad Operations to ensure campaigns are launched, monitored and optimised efficiently
• Analyse campaign performance data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve results
• Support Direct IO, Programmatic and Self-Serve advertising campaigns while ensuring operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing and Engineering to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
• Help develop standardised workflows and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience across Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Client Management or Sales, ideally in a client-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management or Ad Operations
• Hands-on experience managing or optimising digital advertising campaigns
• Experience working with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, and customer support tools
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in digital advertising is highly preferred
• Professional proficiency in French will be a big plus
