Teleperformance Spain is seeking an Ads Sales Account Manager to prospect, acquire and manage advertising clients across multiple platforms, driving revenue and strong client relationships.

Required: proven outbound sales, deep digital advertising knowledge, CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot), and excellent communication skills in English (C1) and German (C2). This is a full‑time, office‑based role in Barcelona. Salary €25,330 + up to €4,470 bonus, referral program.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
• In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• C1 level of English.
• C2 level of German.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire advertising clients across platforms.
