You will drive retention, adoption, and revenue growth while building executive-level relationships and guiding customers through product adoption.

The role requires proven quota-carrying SaaS experience, data-driven decision making, and strong negotiation skills to achieve renewal and expansion targets.

Formación

• Fluent French is essential for managing a French-speaking client portfolio.
• Proven experience in quota-carrying SaaS or technology roles.
• Track record of revenue growth and customer retention.
• Experience identifying client challenges and providing tailored solutions.
• Strong strategic account management and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of French-speaking accounts in a fintech/SaaS environment.
• Drive retention, adoption and revenue growth.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximise client value.
• Deliver product demonstrations and guide customers through adoption.
• Monitor key metrics (MRR, NRR, health, engagement) and address churn risks.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements meeting renewal and growth targets.
