aurorajobs is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee relationships with digital agency clients across Europe, with emphasis on the FR/UK market. The role requires language skills in French or Italian (Spanish a plus) and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, tech-driven agency environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end client management, campaign reporting, and driving revenue growth with existing accounts, reporting to the sales manager on a regular cadence.

Formación

• Experience as Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager in digital agencies.
• Fluent in French or Italian; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong verbal and communication skills; problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end relationship with existing customers, including support and service in France.
• Create a trust environment with clients and partners through one-to-one relationships.
• Develop and prepare campaign reports; monitor campaign delivery and contract compliance.
• Drive and develop new revenue opportunities with existing clients.
• Report daily, weekly and monthly results to the sales manager.

• French or Italian speaker (the job is 100% for Europe Market so it is a must). Spanish is an absolute plus.

• Development and preparation of campaign reports. Responsible for day-to-day communication with internal and external contacts to monitor campaign delivery and contract compliance, ensuring full revenue recognition and client objectives success.
• Driving and develop new revenue generation opportunities with existing clients.
• Report directly to the sales manager regarding daily, weekly and monthly results.
