UST is seeking an Adhoc Reporting Specialist to join our Madrid hybrid team. You will translate business requirements into robust reports, using SQL and Dataiku to prepare data and automate workflows.

You will work with T24, CRM/CLM, KYC platforms, Oracle DB, and our Global Data Platform to deliver accurate, timely insights while upholding data governance and regulatory standards. • 5+ years of experience in report development and data extraction.
• Hands-on with Dataiku for data preparation and workflows.
• Strong SQL skills including complex joins and optimization.
• Understanding of banking processes and core systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver accurate ad hoc and recurring reports to support business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Design and maintain reports using data from systems like T24, CRM/CLM, KYC platforms, Oracle DB, and the Global Data Platform.
• Analyze and present complex datasets in a clear business-oriented format.
• Ensure data governance, quality, integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and solutions.
• Document reporting processes and dependencies; support stakeholder queries.
