UST España & Latam is seeking an Adhoc Reporting Specialist in Madrid with strong SQL, Dataiku, and data analysis experience within banking operations. You will design and deliver ad hoc and recurring reports, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions, and ensure data governance and regulatory compliance.

The role is hybrid in Madrid with multiple benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Proven experience in report development and data extraction with advanced SQL and optimization.
• Hands-on work with Dataiku for data prep, workflows, and analytics projects.
• Strong banking domain knowledge including onboarding, accounts, and transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver accurate ad hoc and recurring reports to support business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Design and maintain reports using data from T24, CRM/CLM, KYC, Oracle DB, and DDP (Trino).
• Analyze complex datasets and present insights in business-friendly formats.
• Ensure data governance, quality, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify improvements to reporting processes and document dependencies.
