UST is a multinational technology services company, seeking a Data Migration Specialist to join its Fintech team in Madrid. The role focuses on end-to-end data migration and CRM-related projects, demanding strong SQL/PL-SQL and Python skills.

The position is based in Madrid with a hybrid model (3 days in the office). You will conduct data analysis, profiling, mapping, and development of migration solutions, while contributing to quality and impact analyses across enterprise environments.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data migration, database development, or data integration projects.
• Proven experience delivering complex data migration projects within enterprise environments.
• Experience with CRM systems in financial industries
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets and mission-critical business systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL and Python
• Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)

Responsabilidades

• Database analysis using Python and SQL.
• Data profiling, quality assessments, and impact analyses.
• Generate migration reports.
• Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end data migration solutions for CRM solutions.
• Analyze source and target systems to define migration strategies and mapping specifications.
• Perform detailed data mapping, transformation and loading activities to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL and Python scripts to support extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of data.
