Jobtailor in Madrid seeks a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to design, build and maintain robust Workday reports while translating business needs into functional solutions. You will deliver metrics and analytics for colleague resources operations, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience, including Workday administration, data migration, and SQL. Travel may be required as part of the engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred
• Five (5) years of related experience required, including three (3) years of experience with database migration and/or integration and large-scale, complex datasets with an emphasis on data reporting and analytics
• Experience in Workday administration and creating custom reports and troubleshooting in Workday preferred
• Knowledge of data mining and creating/optimizing operational analytics and data models; SQL preferred
• Knowledge of principles, practices, and standards of human resource administration
• Strong understanding of systems administration, Workday, and related HRIS
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow and case management
• Strong Visio, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formula and macro skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Analytical, business, process, and interpretive skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Responsabilidades

• Define and shape business process architecture within assigned areas
• Act as a liaison on HRIS configurations, combining systems proficiency with understanding of functional colleague resources processes
• Design, build, and maintain simple to complex Workday reports, including matrix, trended, and composite reports
• Develop custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality
• Deliver metrics, trends, and analytical insights through Workday reporting
• Prepare reports, graphs, charts, analyses, and statistics supporting colleague resources operations
• Translate business requirements through analysis and design into functional solutions
• Research and analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, opportunities, and partnership areas
• Coordinate training and answer stakeholder queries
• Perform system administration through group data updates, exports, imports, cleanups, and research
• Report on data discrepancies
• Engage with the Workday online community and submit brainstorms
• Keep colleague resources leadership updated on relevant information
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Travel as required
