Ayming in Madrid is seeking a data analytics professional to partner with business stakeholders, translate requirements into data models, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions using SQL, Python, and Power BI.

You will collaborate with the Data & AI team, ensure KPI quality and documentation, promote data-driven decision making across the Spain organization, and bridge business and technical teams with strong communication skills.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Good Python programming for data preparation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience with Power BI or Looker/Tableau.
• Experience building dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytical models.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, and notebooks tools.
• Understanding data modeling and analytical data structures.
• Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into data models, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain analytical datasets using Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Develop and enhance BI reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Analyze local data sources and integrate them into the broader data ecosystem.
• Support the identification, design, and deployment of Data & AI use cases.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation of KPIs.
• Act as a bridge between business users and the central Data & AI team.
• Promote data-driven decision making across the Spain organization.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Engineer to industrialize analytics products.
