Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
• Basic tax knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Process and book invoices with purchase orders.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Prioritize invoices according to policy.
• Respond to vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing.
• Maintain files and documentation.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
