ALPADIA Language Schools in Barcelona is seeking an Accounting Intern to join the Accounting & Finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in real finance operations within an international environment.

You will post and process journal entries, update AP/AR and assist on projects, developing Excel skills and accounting knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting procedures.
• Spanish: C1/C2; English: fluent in both written and spoken.
• Any additional languages are a plus.
• Accurate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Responsabilidades

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update accounts payable and accounts receivable and perform reconciliations.
• Support the rest of the Accounting team in any specific project that arises within the Accounting / Finance function.

We’re looking for an Accounting Intern to join our Accounting & Finance team in Barcelona. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, learn from experienced professionals, and gain hands‑on experience in real finance operations within an international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts payable and accounts receivable and perform reconciliations
