Blu Selection is seeking a Junior Accountant to support the French perimeter from Sant Cugat del Vallès, near Barcelona, in a hybrid setup.

Ideal for a recent graduate or junior professional eager to gain hands-on accounting experience while working with diverse international teams. The role offers a 30k€ base salary and growth opportunities in a multicultural finance team.

Formación

• Degree or higher vocational training in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Administrative roles.
• Fluent French and Spanish; English is a valuable plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions.
• Support collections and prepare supplier payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist local administrative teams with finance-related activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end processes.

AND WHAT’S MY ROLE IN THIS?

As a Junior Accountant, you'll play an important role in supporting the daily accounting activities for the French perimeter.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions.
• Supporting collections and preparing supplier payments.
• Performing account reconciliations and ensuring data accuracy.
• Assisting local administrative teams with finance-related activities.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month‑end processes.
• Collaborating with colleagues across different countries in an international environment.
• Contributing to continuous improvements within Finance processes.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

We're looking for someone with a strong willingness to learn and build a long‑term career in Finance.

• Degree or higher vocational training in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Administrative roles.
• Fluent French and Spanish (English is a valuable plus).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
