Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to lead a B2B portfolio in the LATAM market. The role offers relocation support to Greece and a hybrid office in Athens, with a focus on Spanish-speaking clients.

You will drive growth through strategic upselling, manage client relationships, and deliver insights that improve customer outcomes. Previous CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred, along with strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
