Job summary

Next Job Abroad is expanding its customer experience network in Greece and seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist. You will represent global brands for Spanish-speaking customers across Europe, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email with a focus on excellent service.

• Fluent Spanish with high accuracy in written and spoken forms.
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher) for system navigation and team communication.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing (The Role)

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice and face of global brands for Spanish-speaking customers across Europe:

• Be the Problem Solver: Assist customers via phone, live chat, and/or email with inquiries regarding products, order tracking, bookings, or account support.
• Deliver Top-Class Service: Turn tricky situations into positive customer moments through clear, empathetic, and friendly communication.
• Troubleshoot & Guide: Walk users through basic technical issues, service setups, or account features step-by-step.
• Collaborate Globally: Work side-by-side with international colleagues in an inspiring, multicultural environment.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest brand features, tools, and updates with ongoing support.

• Fluency in Spanish: Native or fluent (C1/C2 level) in both written and spoken communication.
• Good English Knowledge: (B2 level or higher) to navigate company systems and communicate with international team members.
• Work Eligibility: EU Passport or a valid legal work permit for Greece.
