Autodesk is seeking a Renewal Representative to manage high-volume renewal cycles across assigned accounts. You will execute end-to-end renewal motions, defend the customer base, and drive seat expansions with minimal guidance.

Ideal candidates bring 2-4 years in renewals or SaaS, fluent English and French, and strong CRM skills to optimize renewal workflows and ensure customer retention.

Formación

• 2-4 years of renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success experience
• Fluency in English + French
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage high-volume renewal cycles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence outcomes
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and renewal workflows
• Experience engaging customer procurement or commercial teams

Responsabilidades

• Execute End to End Renewal Motions
• Independently own and execute full renewal workflows across assigned Regional Accounts
• Close Renewals
• Defend the existing customer base by driving timely, accurate renewal execution with minimal guidance
• Drive and Close Seat Expansions
• Identify and close seat expansion opportunities at renewal using standard playbooks
• Monitor Auto Renewal Status and intervene when needed
• Coordinate with customer procurement teams to ensure renewal accuracy
• Provide mentorship to less experienced colleagues
