Autodesk is seeking a Renewals Representative for Regional Accounts in the DACH region. The role focuses on end-to-end renewal motions to protect and expand the existing customer base, streamline renewal workflows, and minimize manual tasks.

You will engage with procurement, CS teams, and partners to drive seat expansions, monitor auto-renewals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Fluency in German and English is required, with French/Italian as a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end renewal motions and own renewal workflows to minimize manual effort.
• Close renewals accurately and efficiently to protect the customer base.
• Drive and close seat expansions during renewals using playbooks and cross-functional strategies.
• Monitor auto-renewal status and intervene to prevent churn.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure smooth renewal execution.
• Provide product/packaging feedback based on renewal interactions.
