Kids&Us Language School Belux is hiring an energetic English Teacher/Academic Coordinator for one of our Salamanca schools.

The role blends teaching and coordination, with 28 hours weekly, split between lessons and administrative tasks. You will use our Kids&Us method, engage children aged 1–18, monitor progress, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues. This hybrid position starts 24/08 and offers salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI, plus training and development opportunities.

Formación

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Certificate of Delitos Sexuales with no previous record.
• Interest in working with children.
• Planning and organisation skills.
• A team player: if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in!

Responsabilidades

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method.
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school.

As Our Teacher You’ll Learn To

As this is a hybrid role combining teaching and academic coordination, the contractual level (Level 5 or Level 8A) will be defined based on the prevailing responsibilities.
