Job summary

Kids&Us Segovia is looking for an Academic Coordinator to guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events. You will monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families, conduct trimester evaluations, and help foster a confident, multilingual learning environment built on our proven method.

This role requires full English proficiency (C2), strong communication and organizational skills, and a positive, energetic approach to inspire children;

Qualifications

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings).
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
