Job summary

Kids&Us in Madrid seeks an Academic Coordinator to lead our English program at the Ensanche de Vallecas school. You will guide teachers, track progress, and coordinate events to ensure engaging lessons.

The role demands C2 English, strong communication, and organizational skills. Teaching experience is a plus, and the contract is fixed-term for 40 hours per week, starting November 2026. Salary aligns with sector standards and local agreements.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings).
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

Your role

We offer a salary aligned with X Convenio de Enseñanza y Formación No Reglada

The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €22,035 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
