Job summary

Kids&Us in Madrid (Carabanchel) seeks an Academic Coordinator to join our team. You will support the Tweens & Teens programme, guide teachers in lesson planning and evaluations, and maintain regular family communication. Start date in September with a 39-hour week and permanent contract.

The role emphasizes an engaging, energetic approach to inspire children, with a focus on progress tracking and meaningful follow-up with families across trimester evaluations.

Qualifications

• Full Proficiency in English (C2)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Teaching experience is a plus but not required
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record

Responsibilities

• Support students within the T&T programme and maintain regular communication with families
• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events
• Monitor student progress and ensure follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports) and conduct end-of-trimester/story evaluations

Your role

• Work within the T&T (Tweens & Teens) programme, supporting students and maintaining regular communication with their families.
• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...). Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

Salary

We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 8A).
