Job summary

Kids&Us in Barcelona (Nou Barris) is seeking an Academic Coordinator to support teachers, monitor student progress, and coordinate school events. The role requires strong English proficiency and excellent communication skills.

The position offers a 30-hour work week with a fixed-term or permanent contract. Start date is as soon as possible, and the team emphasizes growth and a collaborative, purpose-driven educational community.

Qualifications

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings).
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

Your role
