Job summary

Kids&Us Language School in Móstoles Norte is seeking an Academic Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on guiding teachers, supporting lesson planning, and monitoring student progress across trimester events.

Contract type: Fixed-term / Permanent; Hours: 39 hours per week; Start date: Mid November. Requirements include full English proficiency (C2), excellent communication and organizational skills, and a positive, inspiring attitude for children.

Qualifications

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow‑up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

Your role
