Job summary

The LEGO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Workplace Operations & Project Specialist. You will help transform the Copenhagen Hub into a place where operations run smoothly, projects are delivered with care, and thoughtful details elevate the employee experience.

Reporting to the Copenhagen Hub Manager, you will coordinate with facilities, vendors and stakeholders across the organisation to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role within an international environment.
• Proven track record of coordinating projects and delivering improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make clear recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• High integrity, professionalism and sound judgement with sensitive information.
• Adaptable, self-motivated and team-first with resilience in change.
• Fluent in Danish and English; proficient in Microsoft 365 tools.
